Since May of 2007, I have had the privilege of representing District 20 on Greenville County Council and learned much about Greenville County and how its governing body works. During these few years, a number of issues affecting the county and District 20 have come before me. For the past two years, I have served on the Finance Committee as Vice-Chair and on the Public Safety Committee. As your representative, I have read and studied each decision that came before me. With each vote I considered what was best for all in the county based on traditional American values.
In my original run for County Council, I wrote the people of District 20 and said that I believe strongly in the Republican values that are needed to keep Greenville County on a traditional foundation. I assured the district that it can count on me to be guided by the following Core Conservative Values:
These values are vital to maintaining the excellent quality of life in our county without placing undue financial burden on its people. I will continue to make decisions based on these principles.
